Back in early 2021 on our walks on Wilton Road, we wondered what would be built here and how much the units would cost. Those questions were answered certainly to our satisfaction when the brochures becameavailable. We'd been considering a move out of NYC for over 5yrs. It was not an easy decision. Which town, which neighborhood, which house. We worked with more than 10 brokers in 3 different towns over this time. We only genuinely disliked one of them, but all but one of the rest, despite being perfectly lovely, followed the same playbook - take our specs and show us a bunch of houses we can afford but won't like, then one we'll love but is way over budget. Our experience with KMS could not have been any better. My husband and I had been searching for a home for several months. Last fall, we started thinking about selling our house. We selected Mary Ellen to represent us at the recommendation of a good friend.
